Community Development Block Grant
| Counties: Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Scott, StoddardThe Community Development Block Grant program is a "pass through" funding program from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and is a program of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. The CDBG program is for non-entitlement areas (incorporated municipalities with population under 50,000 and counties with population under 200,000).
Depending on the funding category, applications are either accepted on a continuous cycle throughout the year or have a specific deadline.
Application deadlines are as follows:
Demolition – April
Community Facilities – April
General Infrastructure – April
Water and Wastewater – Open cycle
Economic Development – Open cycle
Emergency – Open cycle

Missouri Foundation for Health Opportunity Fund
Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) Opportunity Fund will support innovative ideas and approaches that provide solutions for problems affecting the health and well-being of Missouri's individuals and communities most in need.
Priority will be given to projects that:
Work to improve the health and well-being of communities most in need
Test different approaches to address community health issues
Expand on promising and/or best practices to new regions and audiences
Are collaborative in nature, sustainable, and significant enough to have a real impact
Applications accepted on an ongoing basis
